At Southville, we have our own in-house team of cooks who pride themselves on their home-style cooking. We make all of our meals fresh on site every day, using fresh produce that we source as locally as we can. All of our fruit and veg comes from Bristol Fruit and Veg market and all of our meat is from South West England, certified to at least RSPCA-assured standards. Our suppliers deliver in recyclable and reusable packaging and have a 0% landfill policy.
We aim for our menus to be both child-friendly and nutritious, ensuring that we meet the School Food Standards in every meal. We use low salt and low sugar recipes and we offer various alternatives for children with dietary requirements. If your child has a particular dietary need, our kitchen team will work with you to adapt our menu accordingly.
