The partnership is based on sharing expertise and training for all staff.

The Southville Centre

After School Club

(Thanks to Tim Clark – Head of Family Services for this information)

The Southville Centre provides Breakfast, After School and Holiday Club facilities for children attending Southville Primary School. We have a consistent, qualified and well established team and access a range of high quality spaces, including the centre garden. Activities including day trips, sports, arts and crafts and workshops are provided throughout the year. OFSTED recently graded the service as ‘good’ overall with an outstanding grade for inclusion, whilst the centre also has the Social Enterprise Mark and ‘Gold Green Tourism award.

Raphael Burke Application Centre

Selected children have been chosen to attend this footballing application centre. The children experience high quality football skills teaching that also links to their work in school. The children are trained under the motto 'Hard work beast talent when talent doesn't work hard!'

Hard work, dedication and perseverance are key principles to the football training and these are linked to the work the children are carrying out within the classroom.
